Fennel Salad
Comme promis voici la recette de salade de fenouil:
1 fenel root
1 mango not too ripe
1/4 onion red or whiteCut the fenel root in two and cut again in fine slices
cut the mango in small chunks
cut onion in thin slicesDressing: you can use your favorite dressing or use mine:
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
1/4 cup olive oil
salt to taste
1 tea spoon of brown sugar or honey or maple syrup
1 tea spoon of your choice of vinegarMix everything and sprinkle dry fenel on top
